Fueling Creatives Workshop

GH Photography and Danielle from The Bottled Bronco are partnering up to create the Fueling Creatives Workshop! This is an excellent opportunity to learn about branding and creating beautiful photos to grow your business and attract the clients you want.

If you are:

• New to the industry or have been photographing for a little while

• Looking to build your portfolio & and practice practical skill

• Wanting to grow within a supportive community of creatives

• Eager to work with couples in an Wedding and Engagement set up

• Have a basic understanding of a DSLR

…then this is a great opportunity to reach out and connect with us!

DAY 1

For those craving a little bit of mentorship and guidance, join us on Day 1 as we cover Photography tips and tricks by GH Photography such as using movement in photos, understanding your location and taking advantage of it, and capturing authentic emotions. We’re also bringing forth industry professionals Laura and Kara who will focus on branding and utilizing Instagram to attract paying clients, as well as Pinterest and long-term marketing respectively.

Workshop participants will have access to 3 stations:

1. An elaborate Flay Lay & Details station to build your portfolio and help inspire your future clients using little pieces such as vow books, ring boxes, rings, invitations, and wedding accessories.

2. A bridal stylized wall floral instalment

3. A stylized boho-retro engagement session
   

ITINERARY:

• Intro + meet & greet

• Marketing 1 - Branding and utilizing Instagram to attract paying clients, Brief Q+A

• Marketing 2 - Pinterest and long-term marketing, Brief Q+A

• Photography presentation and tips, Brief Q+A

• Snack Break

• Rotation through 3 stations. 3 Groups, 5 participants per group. An hour per station. Engagement Session, Bridal Session, Flat-lay Section.

• After each group has completed their 3 stations, there will be an open session to go back in case you missed some shots or would like to capture a new idea at a specific station. Time can also be used to chat about any areas you have questions about or things that you’d like to get help on improving.

• Vendor and networking event after the sessions to help build your network of amazing creative vendors in the industry

Being mindful of Covid-19 restrictions, as well as the need to have hands-on support for participants, group sizes will be limited to 5 participants per station.

Investment:

Day 1 Attendance: $350
Snacks and Beverages provided (Charcuterie Board & Coffee or Kambucha)
Includes access to a Facebook Group to maintain networking relationships with vendors and other photographers

DAY 2

Are you feeling pretty comfortable with your knowledge, but would love to just pop in and take photos using these stylized sets to bolster your portfolio? Skip the Day 1 activities and book a time slot on Day 2. Sessions work on a Drop-in basis where participants will book a station to work with for an hour. If you need a little bit of help with the station, you can add on some hands-on mentorship at the station. If you’re feeling confident and just want the time and space, it’s all yours!

(engagement open shoot 1 hour, wedding open shoot 1 hour, engagement mentorship 1 hour, wedding open shoot 1 hour)

Stations will be a 1-on-1 for Day 2 participants, so you won’t have to worry about competing for angles with another photographer

Investment:

Day 2 - $150 1hr, Pick your station (Engagement or Bridal + Flay Lay)

Day 2 - $250 1hr, Pick your station (Engagement or Bridal + Flay Lay)
Added on 1-on-1 mentorship for your station
