Drumheller Intimate Engagement

Story time! For those who don’t know much about Drumheller, it’s a badlands town 280km South East from our city of Edmonton; basically a 3 hour drive one-way to get there. We also scheduled this engagement session with our wonderful couple a few months prior to heading down and capturing the day. Well it turns out a massive storm front was coming into Drumheller as we’re driving down there; We are maybe 25 minutes outside of Drumheller, the windshield wipers were going as fast as they possibly could for us, we had to slow down from 100km/h so we could actually attempt to see the road, it was pure torrential downpour. So we finally get to Drumheller and Vanessa and Marcus meet up with us at our spot. The Rain Stopped! We got blessed with a solid session of two outfits and moody ambience. The rain eventually came back at the end of the session so we called it quits (Thanks again for sticking through it you guys!). But enough about the silly rain, check out the crazy pure connection these two wildhearts share with each other. Marcus proposed to Vanessa on their summiting of Mt. Kilimanjaro, they’ve backpacked all over the world and have slept in some pretty crazy places. They’re so adventurous and such soulmates meant for each other it’s truly inspiring! We can’t wait for the wedding day and keeping up with all your awesome future journeys!
